Do you offer a intercooler in a size that doesn't require the change of the crash bar?
that is something that is pretty far down the line. There are so many options for OEM Fitment that we are really focusing on products that go above and beyond the performance out there.

Did you guys get these things installed yet?
Yes we did. David (Mackie08) has the pics. The install went well and the quality of the intercooler and crash bar are great. No major issues, just took a little time to get the radiator/ cooling pack assembly lined up properly so that the hood would latch. The intercooler is massive and thick and I know David has been monitoring his charge temps over the last day. macki08 can you post picks :)

ok here is a small album of some of the pictures i took during the install http://imgur.com/a/ts0NJ . Like Roger (JGPC) said the install was actually really straight forward and everything fit very well, the hardest part i'd say was getting the rad/hood latch lined back up so the hood would shut but even that wasn't to hard. I'm was very impressed with the performance of this intercooler, today had our local car group go on a cruise and other shenanigans and with the beating i put on the car the temps never got crazy (keep in mind i'm in Florida and it was a 90 degree day today). As you will notice from one of those pictures i was unable due to time and desire (to stand and sand for 3 or 4 hours :( ) to get the grill sanded down but that is still on the agenda to do. I'll differently be a return customer when i can afford to buy more parts lol

thanks Roger for all your help with the install and Russ and the guys/gals at DHM for a quality fmic/crash bar at a great price

Send me some logs of that nice hot air you got down there!! Remember RPM, Accel Pedal, Ambient air, charge air, intake air, vehicle speed, and boost

macki08, David, I've got to go get some E85 sometime next weekend (fri, sat, sun)...you should roll with me and we could do some comparison logs of your DHM intercooler and my mountune intercooler. It would be at the same time and same temps...not racing, lol. We could measure different driving speeds and 3rd gear pulls. Or we could wait til you get the grill complete.
