My order was accepted a couple days ago, while you guys were at SEMA it was "processing." Does this mean my two week fab time window begins?

So sweet... it arrived today! Packed immaculately I might add. I hope to install it this weekend. I've watched multiple videos on bumper removal but I hope I don't have any issue with removing the old crash bar. Some of the included pieces are easy to tell they are for clamping the IC hoses, but there are some bolts and nuts I hope will prove easy to figure. Does anyone here with this kit have a guide made?

Thanks for the support Russ! I'm torn regarding installing my IC right now. It's absolutely imperative to tuning everything else I've purchased or am waiting to install... but my wastegate and intake are not here yet. Since all this hardware is going to be off the car, I would really like to knock most of it out with one stone. I don't want to have to remove a bunch of IC hoses more than a couple times. First world problems I guess. I'm 99% on doing this install this weekend.

I'm stuck... Trying to figure where the ic hardware goes. What are the spacer washers used for? Do I use original hardware to mount the ic to the top radiator support? Getting nervous because I need my car tomorrow for work and I'm stopped at this last part. The bar was hard to install alone... Didn't realize the radiator has no support outside the crash bar. Not anyone's fault but my own newbie ness but that was a surprise. If someone who has done this could chime in on where all the stuff in this hardware bag goes I'd appreciate it. I know where the spring clamps go... But need help on mounting the ic to the bar and what the rest of these nuts are for... Especially the spacer washers

Did you try to get a hold of Russ? He's usually available. I didn't use a DHM intercooler, but I used his crash bar. The radiator "floats" without bolts and it surprised me too. I thought by the pictures that the DHM intercooler used the same bottom mounts as before, and maybe two more near the top going to the core support.

4 bolts hold the IC to the radiator with the OEM bolts. Make sure you attach the two straps from the lower valence to the IC and radiator. This is the piece that the bumper attaches to on the bottom

Just a quick review. This was a tough project for a newbie like me but Russ's support was awesome. He took my frantic calls and texts on a Sunday. The IC and crash bar are also of really good fit and finish. I didn't get a chance to get out with it, but it looks amazing. Holy cow is there more open room with the new crash bar.

I don't really know what straps connect the bottom but I feel like I got everything that could be reconnected back on the car.

A couple words of advise... The crash bar coming off means your radiator is only held up by the hoses it's connected to. In my case, the whole assembly wanted to drop to the floor. Since I didn't have help I had to rest the radiator on a box while I changed out the hardware. Also, the IC is stock fitment... But the size of this monster means you aren't going to have much or any room to push it out or to the sides or whatever to get IC hoses.

Beautiful pipes like the ones by MAP are too rigid with not a lot of give by the rubber elbows and joints rendering my hard charge pipes into scrap metal. I'll have to look at selling them online now.

I'll have more to say later but I would 200% recommend and purchase over again. Thanks Russ!

These two straps. The ones with the red arrows pointing to them.

That panel will go back in, they can be bent out of the way or cut off flush. I went the cut off route as its a cheap panel to buy if I ever wanted to put the car back stock.

Not really sure what you are saying about the pipes not working. There is not enough clearance to fit them with the new intercooler ends being a bit different or? What about trimming off some on the pipe ends that lead to the intercooler to make fitting it easier or just different/trimming the couplers? Hard to tell without seeing what you are talking about. Don't see any reason you can't still make the pipes work though.

The pipes are awesome... I have no complaint about either the IC or the pipes... I just could not get them to fit. Once installed the hard parts of the pipe touch the end tanks without even using the rubber ends. My guess is that the openings at the end tanks extend an inch or two further than stock or that it's just so big that you can't push it around to wiggle the ends together. The hard charge pipes are a tight fit as well even without an IC there.

About those two straps... They are just free hanging in there. If I knew I could tuck them under and to the radiator I would have done that. I feel with what is there it's very tight. The only issue I had was half breaking a wheel well pop clip and that one of trim pieces in the wheel well doesn't fit quite right. It makes the black rubber at the front of the wheel well stick a little bit out from the bumper cover... Drives my ocd crazy
