What intercooler was you running before? And what intake is that? Looks good

I had the Levels IC V1, it did pretty well but I just wanted some DHM sexy welds. The intake is an Mountune elbow pipe with an Upgrad8 "JDM yo" filter

Looks like a levels to me. Weird because in the picture it looks like it might have more frontal area, but I could be wrong because the dhm looks to be taller and possibly deeper. The dhm has bigger end tanks for sure.

DHM is deeper and taller, the end tanks hold a good capacity of air too. I was never crazy about the Levels end tank design, but at the time if was a great deal and works pretty good.

Stamping the brackets would be nice on the second batch! But overall the mounting hardware is very good, I like shiny bolts and buts things LOL

DHM is deeper and taller, the end tanks hold a good capacity of air too. I was never crazy about the Levels end tank design, but at the time if was a great deal and works pretty good.

I was considering the levels for months until this DHM was introduced. I really like how the DHM end tanks only use one clamp each instead of worrying about 3 for each side on the levels.

Also make sure if you guys see any and I mean ANY box damage you contact me with pictures ASAP!!! I don't care if it's small and didn't hurt anything I need to know. I make sure to use proper rated boxes and thorough with the tape. I had a customer get back to me were the box split open on the side for no reason. I will address this but I want to know if anyone else has any issues

My box was pretty rough when it arrived Russ, the tape on the bottom was almost split open.

Ok thank you. We changed to a local shipping supply place and it worked great for the race intercooler boxes 48"x16"x16" about 40lbs but something with these are not looking promising damn thing is only 16lb shipping weight. I thought for sure it would be good to go. Well it's a constant learning curve to make a perfect product and that includes shipping

It's ok I like all feed back. Everything can be the best in the world but if the box looks like it went to war and back its not good enough for me.

Install wasn't bad at all. Just had to add some foam for the bolts that are behind it. Made me nervous to see it could potentially over time chafe the intercooler. Aside from that. Fit great and the charge temps are staying way below what it was.

I like hearing all the lack of a better word problems with installation. Anything I can relay to my mechanic I'm sure he'd appreciate. And the video tomorrow will definitely help I'm sure.

To be honest. Everything was perfect. I come from working on open wheel modifieds. Anything I see that's a potential issue I like to fix just in case. I'm sure it would have been fine. I will just sleep better now lol
