What kind of paint are you using? Also are you doing any flow shaping on the inside at the entry and exit fittings or do they just dump into the end tank? Do the flanges sit flush with the inside of the end tanks or do they protrude inside at all?

I'll be keeping mine raw. I have a black ST and love when the intercooler on cars can be seen. Looks badass, to me.

EDIT: And I just paid for mine! Can't wait. Hopefully they ship out soon. Want to have it one by the next car show, July 19th. Need to get your name out there Russ! Ha.

Its not paint it is a type of powder coat. The intercooler inlet and out let are flush to the tank surface. As for flow the front tank is on a angle that helps with a back door design like this.

Hey Russel,
I checked the first post and it shows me as not having paid.
[mecry]
I paid a week ago.
[confuse]
The list was more to get it kicked off. Now that drag4life723 got the minimum Russ may not use it to track but it would be nice to know how many members jumped on the order.

Any ETA as too when they may ship? Just getting warmer here and ready to install it lol
Yours should ship out over the weekend. Last night i went through and added people to the op and put them in shipping order. 4-5 will ship thursday. Sorry its taking a little longer than hoped. I wasnt expecting to have that many people jump on board that quick lol. Had to order more material and that took up some time. But im working hard!

Thank you

Russ

Here are some logs.

Out side temp was 80deg and sunny.

This is in my shop car.

2015 Fiesta ST
DHM280 EFR Kit
20psi of boost
93oct
about 260whp
Stock exhaust and Stock intake.

This pull was 30-90mph after a couple min of cruising

http://datazap.me/u/drag4life723/dh...-30-90mph-efr-turbo-260whp?log=0&data=3-4-6-7

This was right after the pull above NO COOL DOWN TIME. 60-125mph I wanted to test any heat soak. A light street "worst case scenario"

http://datazap.me/u/drag4life723/dh...mph-hot-efr-turbo-260whp?log=0&data=3-4-6-7-8

Keep in mind that with my stock intercooler i have logs in 150-160deg charge air temps. With out doing back to back pulls lol. I hope you guys can pull some logs before and after to test.

Thanks

Russ

Well I have everything to build/ship the first 5. The rest of the material should be done at Waterjet the next day or two. I'm hopping to ship everyone's but maybe the last 2-3 mid next week

So I know there is probably an obvious answer to this, but forgive me my ignorance of how my car works. If you have a bigger turbo like the DHM280 EFR but the boost is roughly the same as stock (20 psi), how does it make 260 whp? And assuming said obvious explanation exists, you would expect to see lower temps that what you got on a stock turbo at the same or perhaps even higher boost pressures, is that correct?
